  • Your subscription gives you access to MERP System (the "Service") under the license type purchased.
  • Each standard license permits only one user to log in and use the system at a time; concurrent logins are not allowed.
  • If system logs or technical data confirm that a user has breached these Terms of Use, our Company reserves the right to rely on such evidence as proof of the breach. The user agrees not to dispute or deny the validity of such evidence.
